1. Digital Goods & Personal License for Use
All products sold on this website are digital files (PDF format) delivered via instant download.
- Your Permission to Use: When you purchase a digital file from this website, you are buying a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. This means you are purchasing permission to use the file for your own personal, non-commercial crafting.
- Prohibited Sharing: You do not own the rights to the design itself. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or re-upload the PDF files, charts, text, or images to any websites, social media platforms, or public groups, whether for free or for profit.
2. Commercial Use of Finished Items
You are welcome to sell physical, handmade items that you create using our PDF patterns, provided you follow these rules:
- The physical items must be made by you personally (no mass production or commercial manufacturing).
- You must give design credit to the author by tagging the Instagram account @heartcraft_lily or linking to https://heartcraft.me in your product listings, social media posts, or physical item tags (e.g., “Pattern designed by @heartcraft_lily” or “Pattern from heartcraft.me”).

3. Payment Processing & Billing
All storefront transactions are securely processed through the Western Bid™ platform acting as the official Merchant of Record.
- By submitting your payment via PayPal or credit card, you acknowledge that “WESTERN BID” will appear on your financial statements.
- Any voluntary donations, tips, or external purchases made via our Ko-fi links are processed separately via Ko-fi’s platform guidelines and are directly subject to their network rules.
4. No Returns or Modifications
As detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy, all sales of digital downloadable content are final. Because digital goods cannot be physically returned or un-downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a permanent technical defect in the file is verified within 14 days of purchase.
5. Website Accounts & Security
If you create an account on our WooCommerce store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized sharing activity is detected.
6. Limitation of Liability & Customer Support
All digital files and instructional patterns are provided “as is.” While great care goes into designing these files, the author is not liable for:
- The outcome of your physical handmade projects or your choice of materials.
- Any technical issues, device incompatibilities, or loss of downloaded files after purchase (though we will gladly try to assist you via email).
